Hiya, Kat!
Thank you so much for sending this
Disneyland Resort Magic Key annual pass question to us hEAR at planDisney!
Magic Key annual passes are valid for 365 days from their first date of use, also known as their validation date. It's possible for someone to have purchased a Magic Key and not have 'validated' it until sometime later; Guests officially have up to a yEAR to do so. I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see into your
My Disneyland Account so I'm also unable to confirm your validation date. However, if you pull up your
Disneyland Mobile App, you should see your current expiration date listed under your pass. (When you open up the app, hit the gray icon that looks like three stacked lines. From this new page, click 'Tickets and Passes'. From this third page, you should see your Disneyland Magic Key Annual Pass with the number of valid days remaining as well as your current expiration date.)
Again, I'm so sorry that I don't have confirmation of your pass's expiration date. I've sometimes seen
old theme park admission tickets in my app that I very much know I used all of the days, but the tickets were still hanging out, so the system has been known to pull a Vanellope von Schweetz and glitch out a bit. If the
Park Pass Reservation that you have is for a date after your current Key is set to expire, then I'm so sorry to share that you will not be allowed admission for that day. However, if you were to renew your Key, then you might be able to keep that Disney day. It was announced just a few days ago that
Magic Key members who are within the last 30 days of their current member yEAR are allowed to access the renewal portal. I do hope that you enjoyed being one of the first Mouseketeers to experience 12 months of magic with the all new Magic Key annual pass program, Kat! Make sure that you're following the
Disneyland Magic Key Instagram account so you won't miss out on a members-only exclusive. And while you're on the gram, be sure to follow the
