Hey Howdy Hey Kendi!
Thanks for riding over to us here at
planDisney, we’re happy to help. I would like to start with a huge “howdy” and “thank you” from my military family to yours. It’s always so nice to hear from a military family looking to visit the Disneyland Resort and as always, I’m excited to help!
At this moment, the
Disneyland Resort has yet to announce what they will be requiring to use as proof of residency. In the past, for tickets such as the California resident ticket, a government-issued photo ID, like a drivers license, was usually required to show proof of residency. Although it has not been confirmed, my guess would be the proof of residency requirements would be similar to those of the past. My fellow Panelist, Kristen, was able to share
information on visiting the parks as a military family while residing in California. Again, I’m not sure if the process will remain similar or change.
I do recommend continuing to follow the Disney Parks on
social media, as well as the
Disney Parks Blog, for the most up-to-date information. I’m sure more information will be shared on one of these outlets discussing, what to do next, when planning a visit to
Return to a Land of Magic.
Kendi, I hope this helps answer your question. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
So Long Partner!
