Hi! I'm trying to make a FastPass+ reservation for the Anna and Elsa Meet and Greet for September, but it is grayed out. Does this mean it is no longer available for FastPass+? I heard standby is no longer available. Thanks!

    Hi Carlos,

I am at the Magic Kingdom right now and asked your question at guest relations.

The waits to visit Anna and Elsa have been insane lately - sometimes topping out at a six hour wait. Disney recognizes that this is cruel to guests so they're currently testing some other possible ways to get more guests to visit the Frozen princesses with less wait time.

The current test (late July 2014) has eliminated the standby line for Anna & Elsa. Instead, guests arriving at Princess Fairytale Hall are given a timed ticket telling them when to return. For example, if you arrived at Fairytale Hall at 10:00am, you might be given a ticket to return to meet A&E at 3:00pm. This allows you to have fun in the parks instead of standing in line.

These are given out first come, first served. All members of your party must be present to be allowed on the return ticket.

I must emphasize that this is TEST that's running. It's certainly possible that other ideas will be tested during the coming weeks and months. Please keep checking back to get the scoop on the latest details.
