Mom and Dad planning vacation

    Im trying to make fast passes. My mom has a 3 day tkt and i have a 6 day tkt. It allowed me to do ours together but not mine by myself. It keeps saying it cant process it???

    I've been in similar situations myself! I eagerly count down to my FastPass+ 60-day (or 30-day) window, setting multiple reminder alarms around the house, and then as the clock ticks down to 7:00 AM EST, I hit a snag. Recently, it was because I had forgotten to purchase my son's theme park tickets...oops! In your case, it sounds like the start dates on your tickets are not the same as your mom's. It is also possible that your accounts are not linked correctly through Family & Friends on My Disney Experience. The best way to get this resolved is to call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. They can hopefully get you on your way so you and mom can go Soarin' Around the World (or maybe she wants to pilot that Fastest hunk of junk in the Galaxy)!
