HI! I'm trying to make our 1st family vac as stress free as possible. I'm confused with the Fantasmic Package. Our reservation is 6:45 at the Derby.Only show is at 8:30. Does this mean we get the tickets for the show? Do I have to call someone for this??

Hi Kim,

If I'm understanding correctly, you are saying that you booked the Fantasmic! Dining Package at the Hollywood Brown Derby. As long as you booked the package (and not just a regular reservation), you will receive VIP Vouchers for Fantasmic. If the only show is at 8:30, then that is the one that you will receive the vouchers for. These will allow you access through a special entrance, with reserved seating. Be sure to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to show time to secure a spot for this amazing show. If you want to verify that you did in fact book the Package, you can call 407-WDW-DINE and provide them with your reservation number to confirm.
