    I'm trying to enter my confirmation number of my Disney tickets so I can use fast pass, but when I enter my number it gives me a message saying "the ticket you entered has already been linked to an account. But it hasn't.

That 30-day mark on my Walt Disney World countdown calendar is always momentous, and I like to mark the occasion by setting a 7:00 AM alarm and pulling up my FastPass+ spreadsheet on my computer. Mickey and I are so sorry to hEAR that your experience was less than magical the other day. 

    I can certainly relate, as I had a similar situation with my youngest Mouseketeer's MagicBand recently. The easiest way to resolve things is to call Disney's Internet Help Desk at (407) 560-2428, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time (the phone lines get busy, so I suggest calling as soon as the phone lines open in the morning). They will be able to take a look at your My Disney Experience account and get your theme park tickets properly linked
