    I'm trying to enter the barcode of my newly renewed seasonal pass in the My Profile section of My Disney Experience and I'm having trouble. I was told I have to remove the expired ticket first, but there is no option for that. Can you walk me through it?

    Hi Robert!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Pane.  I recommend sending an email directly to Disney Guest Services.  You can find it by going to "contact us" on the My Disney Experience.  They will be able to take care of the problem for you.  I recommend sending them the numbers on your new seasonal pass in your original contact message.
