Hello, I’m trying to decide which Disneyland hotel would be best for a first time visit for a 3 1/2 year with 3 adults We are planning to go early December and are a military family Any suggestions?

    Hi Sandra!

Welcome to the DisneyParks Moms Panel!

A trip in early December is a great time to visit because the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort will be in full swing! You’re going to love seeing Mickey and Minnie in their holiday outfits, the decorations on Main Street and of course the snow! Thinking ahead to your vacation accommodations now will help to ensure you get your first choice of Disneyland Resort Hotel.

All of the hotels of the Disneyland Resort are located just steps from Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park and include perks like Extra Magic Hour Early Admission and Merchandise Delivery. All of them have swimming pools and offer outdoor movies.

Each hotel also has unique benefits. Disneyland Hotel has magical headboards that light up for a bit of extra pixie dust and sometimes Characters hang out in the lobby. The rooms of Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel are the most spacious on property. Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa has a dedicated entrance to Disney California Adventure Park. I found it to be very helpful when I wanted to take breaks at the hotel throughout my day at the park.

Any of these hotels would be a great choice for your family vacation. You can’t go wrong!

I hope this helps you start planning! Head on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you think of more questions before your trip!
