    I'm trying to customise our magic bands as I believe we can pre select our colours with our names on but it asks for address which I live in the UK so it states we shall collect from our hotel upon arrival but I can't update or customise them still help, x

    As a Walt Disney World Resort Guest, you absolutely should be able to customize your MagicBands prior to your upcoming vacation. I am so terribly sorry that you are having trouble with the website. I would suggest that you first try logging out of My Disney Experience and then log back in and try starting the process again. If this doesn't work, then unfortunately a phone call may be necessary. The good news is that the Cast Members at Website Support are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and will most likely help you fix the problem in no time! The number to call for UK Guests is 0800 16 90 749.
