Lileana, you'll be happy to know that you've done the right thing by inputting your preferences into
Disney Genie Service ahead of your arrival. This will save you a step on the day you visit the Disney Theme Parks. The plans that are showing on the screen now are likely a suggestion, and they should be refined on the morning of your visit.
If you're anything like me, you're interested in a wide variety of shows, attractions, and experiences - not to mention
dining! You've likely indicated more interests than the app can currently reflect, and the suggestions should update in real-time as you move throughout your day.
If you are currently outside of the continental United States, I recommend logging out and back in to the
My Disney Experience Mobile App once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. This often fixes glitches and helps to reset the system. You're also welcome to stop by
Guest Services to chat with a helpful Cast Member once you arrive, if you're still having problems.
