Sounds like we need to first get you linked up to your Mom's
My Disney Experience account via the "Family and Friends List." Open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal bars at the bottom right-hand corner, scroll down to "My Profile," and click on "Family & Friends List." If you do not see your mother's name, click on "Add a Guest." The app will give you three options to get connected. Follow the prompts and submit. Now you are linked up.
Let's check on your tickets next. In the app, select "Tickets and Passes." If your tickets still do not appear, click on the "+" sign at the top right-hand corner and tap "Link Tickets & Passes." You will get a number of options to link, including scanning your bar code and physically entering the Type ID. Your ID number may be listed on the physical ticket or it may even be the confirmation number received via email of her purchase.
