Hi - I'm trying to confirm that I have a park reservation with my tickets, if I click under my reservations it shows that I do on May 11th but whey I'm confused is that I didn't have to do the reservation separate, it did it automatcially.

    Hi ya, Casey!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm glad you asked this question, I know theme park reservations can be a little confusing. But don't worry, I'm here to guide you through it!

If you purchased your theme park tickets directly on the Disneyland website then the second screen in the process was "Reserve Your Ticket Dates" which included choosing the day(s) you wanted to visit. That's the best part of purchasing your tickets on the Disneyland website because it saves you an extra step! I'm glad you were able to use your Disney account to confirm that your park reservation is there. It sounds like you did everything perfectly!

If you needed to change the day of your visit then you would have to cancel that current park reservation and use your ticket to make a new one. But hopefully, with your visit right around the corner, you're ready for a magical day! Now is the perfect time to download the Disneyland Mobile App if you haven't already, so you can sign in and see your park tickets and reservation details there as well.

One of my favorite app features is Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability! Some of our favorite restaurants (looking at you, Cafe Orleans!) sometimes let you join a waitlist even if you don't have a reservation. Plus, the app is also the absolute fastest way to get an original Dole Whip; just use mobile ordering at the Tiki Juice Bar!

I'm sending all the happy thoughts and pixie dust for your park day this week, Casey! I hope you have a truly fantastic day!

    Keep moving forward!
