    Hi! I'm trying to check in online but when it asks me the name of the guests I can't change the last name, even though I have not checked the box that says "check here if all the guests have the same last name"; what should I do? Thanks a lot!

    Thanks for writing.  I would recommend that you call reservations directly to let them know about the problem you are experiencing so that a Cast Member can update your reservation information.  You can call (407)W-DISNEY (934-7639).  In the past, when I've had questions or concerns with online reservations or check-in, the Cast Member with whom I spoke was able to assist me quickly.
