    I'm trying to check availability of Play Stay Dine offer in a Standard Room in Pop Century resort and the answer is always "We are unable to show rates at this time.Please try again or check back later". What does it mean? Is the offer closed

    Hello, Claudia!

    First double check the dates and make sure your travel dates fall within the dates of the special - which is most nights during December 13 through December 19, 2015 or January 2 through March 7, 2016. It could be a possibility there are not currently rooms available at the special rate for Disney's Pop Century Resort for the dates of your travel. You can look into other resort options, or if your dates are flexible try selecting different dates within the promotional period. If you still aren't seeing any availability you can also call the Walt Disney World Resort reservation line at (407) 939-5268 and they can assist you in finding available options for your stay.
