For the most optimal experience using the disneyland.com websites, Disneyland Resort advises that Guests pay attention to their current plug-ins and recommends the Adobe Reader plug-in. Adobe Reader enables Guests to make and view reservations and it also enables the printing of PDF Files. If your computer is equipped with Adobe Reader, then another thing you can try is to work in incognito, and if that proves fruitless, then the only other option I can offer is to
contact Disneyland Resort “Website Support” for assistance from the friendly and knowledgeable Cast Members.
Once this technical issue is resolved, please link your Disneyland Resort vacation reservation to your Disneyland account which will then link to your Disneyland Mobile App so you can continue with your planning. The next step, which is important, is to book your
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations using your valid theme park admission, as this is the system in place right now for visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks.

1. Vanessa, during your Disneyland Resort theme park ticket purchase, you will see a new option called the
Disney Genie+ Lighting Lane service, which will save you waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance.
2. The
Disneyland Mobile App, has many helpful features. Once you enter a payment method you can use it for merchandise and mobile food and beverage orders, and as a Guest at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you can opt to use your mobile device to
unlock your Disneyland Resort Hotel Guest Room door.
