I’m trying to buy just one picture without purchasing a memory maker package. I’m not seeing this as an option. Can you assist me?

    Hiya Ashley,

Welcome to planDisney! Every vacation at Walt Disney World Resort is so special and unique. I always leave my vacation with so many memories and great stories to share with my friends and family who couldn’t attend the vacation. Nothing captures a moment better than a photo, and Walt Disney World Resort PhotoPass photographers take some of the most incredible images out there! Part of the fun of my trip is getting home and opening the My Disney Experience mobile app, and seeing what fun attraction photos we gathered from our day in the Theme Park. Still, sometimes there are only one or two photos where my entire family is smiling, looking in the right place, and it is too perfect to let it expire.

To buy a single photo from your trip to mail to you, printed:

    1. Open your My Disney Experience mobile app.
    2. Click the three parallel horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner.
    3. Select the “Photos” tile and click the photo you wish to purchase or download.
    4. You will see two options under the photo, “Buy My Photos” and “Buy Photo Gifts.” Select “Buy Photo Gifts.”
    5. A new screen will appear and tell you that you will be re-directed to a new site. Click “Continue.”
    6. On the new page, click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner and select “Prints,” then the type of print you would like.
    7. Scroll down and select the “type of print,” and when prompted, select “Get Started.”
    8. You will then choose the size and gloss of the photo.
    9. Lastly, a little square will appear in the middle of the screen that says “Add Photos,” here, you will choose which photo you want to purchase.
    10. Continue to follow the on-screen prompts to purchase the PhotoPass photo you dream of.

Now, I actually prefer to just purchase a downloadable copy of my photo most of the time, especially if I want to print multiple copies of my picture in the future. If that fits more with your needs, it is easier to do it on the computer than on the mobile app.

To purchase a downloadable version of your photo:

    1. Under the My Disney Experience header on the Walt Disney World Resort Website, select “My Photos.”
    2. Click the blue “Sign In” button to sign in to your My Disney Experience account and access your linked photos (if you are not already signed in).
    3. Select the photo you would like to download, and when the full-size image opens up, there will be an option on the right side to purchase a “Photo Download” of a single image.
    4. Select “Add to PhotoPass Bag,” and then you can purchase and download the photo. Note your “PhotoPass Bag” is found near the top of the screen, and it looks like a little purse.

I hope this was helpful, Ashley, and you can download a copy of your treasured memory.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
