Sadly, some of us international Guests are unable to purchase MagicBands and MagicBand+ devices at the pre-arrival rates through the
Walt Disney World Resort website. I've been in your shoes before, and it's quite a bummer for sure! Having said that, you have a couple of options. First of all,
you could always speak to a friendly Guest Services Cast Member at (11) 4700-2835 to see if there's anything that could be done in your case. This is, in fact, the option suggested by the website itself, so I'd like to think that it's probably your best bet!
Tereza, if you aren't too keen on the fact that you'll have to pick up the phone and wait on hold for some time, you could always wait until you're physically at the Walt Disney World Resort to purchase your MagicBands or MagicBand+ devices. If you're a fashionista like me, you're going to love getting to pick them out in person! Plus, you can usually find a larger selection of designs at the Resort, as opposed to picking them out online.
