    Im trying to buy lightning lane passes and mu family is staying at the Disney Resort but it says not eligible for all of my family members when I try to buy them?

Purchasing Lightning Lane Passes is a great way to spend less time waiting and more time making memories with your family. I understand how confusing it can be when not everyone in your group shows up so let’s take a look at what might be going on and how to get everything sorted out.

    First, make sure everyone in your group has valid theme park tickets linked to their My Disney Experience account. If anyone doesn’t have a ticket linked, they won’t be able to buy Lightning Lane passes. Next, check that everyone is connected under the Family & Friends list in My Disney Experience. Each member of your travel party needs to be listed and linked. If someone hasn’t accepted your invitation or if you created a profile for them that isn’t properly linked, they may show as ineligible.

    Your Disney Resort reservation also needs to be correctly linked to your account. All members of your party should be listed on the same reservation. If someone was left off or booked separately, they might not be eligible to purchase Lightning Lane passes at the same time. Another thing to verify is that everyone's check-in date matches. If one person is arriving later or has a split stay that doesn’t include the same dates as the rest of the group, they won’t be eligible until their reservation window opens.

    Lastly, if someone in your group is trying to access the system from outside the United States or Canada, they might be limited until they’re in the correct region.

    If everything seems correct but you’re still running into issues, try using the “Chat With Us” feature in the My Disney Experience app or call Disney Guest Services. A Cast Member can look into the details of your account and help sort out any linking or eligibility problems.
