I´m trying to book a vacation, but need to use banked points from yago or I will lose them. The actual system just follow priority that you provided & don´t allow you finish one account bank´s points and follow with the other one ??

    Hiya, Antonio!

As a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member, I'm happy to welcome you to planDisney.  How exciting that you have some bonus Vacation Points to use –– it's the perfect excuse to squeeze in an extra visit to Walt Disney World this year (although, who really needs an excuse, right?)!  Since you'll be visiting during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, I definitely suggest planning a little extra time to spend in the park.  The festival has so many exciting things to experience –– from beautiful floral displays and the tasty Outdoor Kitchens, to jamming along with the Garden Rocks Concert Series –– that you'll want to leave plenty of time to take it all in.  And if you need a break from the crowds during your visit, be sure to head over to the EPCOT Member Lounge, located in the Imagination! Pavillion.  With complimentary snacks and comfy seats, this exclusive space for Disney Vacation Club Members is the perfect place to recharge!

If I understand you correctly, there's some confusion around using your banked Vacation Points for your upcoming stay.  Since you definitely won't want to lose those Points, let me share a few details that I hope can help clear things up.  The online booking system should automatically use any points that have been banked from a previous Use Year, first, when booking a new reservation.  If you have more than one DVC Contract with separate pools of Points, you'll have the option during the booking process to choose which contract is used first –– in that case, you'll want to be sure and select the contract with the banked Points as the priority contract for that reservation to make sure those Points get used.

If you have more than one contract with banked Points that you're trying to use (or if the system isn't automatically using your banked Points first) I think your best bet is to give Member Services a call at (800) 800-9800, where a Cast Member will be happy to help you sort things out.  You can also visit the Disney Vacation Club website on your computer or phone and use the Chat Feature to speak with a Cast Member about your situation.  Lately, I've had great luck finding shorter wait times for Member Services using Chat than over the phone –– just be sure to have your DVC Member ID available to access your account.

Thanks for visiting planDisney, Antonio.  I hope this helps to answer your question and I'm wishing you lots of Membership magic during your upcoming visit!
