Regarding your question, I apologize you have been experiencing difficulties purchasing your Theme Park Tickets. I’ve confirmed that
reservations are available for your visit date. It's possible that a technical issue could be preventing you from successfully purchasing tickets. I have a few ideas for you to try if you haven't already acquired your tickets:
- Visit the Disneyland Resort website in an 'incognito' or private web browser.
- Purchase your tickets via the Disneyland App.
Lastly, if the previous suggestions don't work, you can always
call the Tickets phone line and buy your tickets on the phone with a Cast Member. However, keep in mind that you will need to make your
Park Reservations immediately after purchasing your tickets over the phone.
On the day of your visit, you will use the Disneyland App to enter the parks, check attraction wait times, place
Mobile Orders for food and drinks, and so much more.
