I'm trying to book 2 rooms at one time, (2 packages), but it doesn't seem to let me. how can I do that?

    Welcome to planDisney, Andrea!

Traveling with a large group is simply the best! I traveled with a party of 13 (with 3 rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort) in January, and I can confirm that the more people you have joining you at Walt Disney World Resort the more magic you’re sure to have! I’m thrilled that you’re starting your planning adventure now!

You definitely can book more than one room online, however you are going to need to make separate reservations to do so. There will need to be a different “main” Guest assigned to each room. I find that the easiest way to book multiple rooms is to call (407) 939-1936 to speak with a Cast Member specializing in Disney Resort Hotels. They’ll be able to help you link your reservations together! While you’re on the phone, I’d highly recommend requesting adjoining, or neighboring rooms for your party! (This is subject to availability, so the sooner you ask the better chance you’ll have!)

You’ll also want to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App to be able to access Online Resort Check-In, unlock your hotel room door, make Mobile Food Orders, and so much more!

If you have additional questions while you’re planning your getaway, we’d love to hear from you again at planDisney, Andrea!

    Have a magical day!
