I'm trying to book a resort with a 2 bedroom villa and I can't find anything available. We're traveling Oct of 2018. Is it showing this because it's too far out to book or do you think they are legitimately booked up????

    Hi Erica,

I certainly don't blame you for wanting to stay in one of the spacious and lovely home-away-from-home 2 Bedroom Villas...they are gorgeous and a fantastic place to stay when traveling with larger parties. 2 Bedroom Villas are available at all of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts at Walt Disney World with the exception of Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, whose equivalent style of accommodation would be a luxurious 2 Bedroom Bungalow perched above the Seven Seas Lagoon.

Erica, although you are still a bit early for booking reservations at a Disney Vacation Club Resort for October 2018, I will warn you that availability tends to be more limited as much of the inventory at these Resorts is set aside for allocation to Disney Vacation Club members who have purchased a real estate interest in a Disney Vacation Club Resort.

That said, Disney still holds a certain amount of inventory at each Disney Vacation Club Resort for cash reservations. Generally inventory at Disney Vacation Club Resorts tends to become available for cash reservation bookings approximately 11 months in advance, although I am advised by Disney Vacation Club and Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Cast Members that the exact time frames can vary. Also, please keep in mind that inventory can, and will, fluctuate at any time.

As an alternative, have you considered a Suite at one of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels? Many of these Resorts also have 2 Bedroom Suites available for booking now for October 2018.

Erica, I wish you well in finalizing your accommodations for your upcoming trip next yEAR! Should you have any other questions, please let us know. We are here to help!
