If you've already purchased your
theme park tickets for Walt Disney World Resort, and if you've already
linked your tickets to your
My Disney Experience account, you should be all set to proceed to the
Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations.
If you're seeing a prompt to enter ticket ID numbers, I am wondering if perhaps your theme park tickets are not linked? Might you also be seeing a message like "Just a Moment, We Can't Find Their Tickets" with a prompt to link theme park admission to your account?
The
theme park ticket ID number would be printed on your ticket if you have an actual ticket card. It could also be the ticket order number if you purchased your tickets online or over the phone and received an email confirmation. If you're not able to locate your ticket ID numbers or confirmation number to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, my best suggestion is to give a call to the Walt Disney World Ticketing team at (407)-566-4985 for additional assistance.
