    I'm trying to book lunch for Be Our Guest but my reservation ID or confirmation ID isn't working. The website won't take Alpha characters. Am I picking the wrong ID??

    Hi Alison,

    Your best option is to call Walt Disney World directly to see if they can provide you with a numeric confirmation number. Once you get that, head back to the website to try to book lunch for Be Our Guest.
