The best advice I can give you about your children not showing up as Eligible Guests until three days before your trip is to make sure their
MyDisney accounts are linked to your
Disney Resorts Collection reservation. To do this, open "
My Plans" and go to your resort reservation under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." You should see each member of your party listed, along with their character photo from their MyDisney account. You want to make sure the theme park tickets and resort reservations are linked to the same profiles for your kids.
If you need to add your children's profiles, select "Change Reservation." On the next screen, scroll to "Travel Party," click "Change," and follow the prompts to choose your kids' profiles.
Brittany, I am not sure if this is what is happening, but it is the only circumstance I can think of that would cause this issue. Now, sometimes, there are just system glitches. If all the plans are linked for everyone, you should call the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ line and ask for assistance. The Cast Members can look into your account and hopefully fix any snags causing this problem.
