I'm trying to book my fast passes. We are 60 days out until we arrive at Disney. The tickets and resort are linked to the account, but it will not let me book anything????

    Hi Haley,

Oh no! I'm so sorry you've had trouble with making your FastPass+ selections! It's never fun feeling like the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland who famously sang, "I'm late! I'm late! For a very important date!" I do have a few suggestions to try to help you.

First, make sure that your 60-day FastPass+ selection window is really open. Oftentimes, Guests look exactly two months ahead of their arrival date when the window doesn't open until 60 days beforehand, which is usually just slightly different than two months' time. From the dates you gave me, it looks like you may have been just one day early. Hopefully you were able to log in to your My Disney Experience account today, make all of your selections, and all is well!

If that isn't the case, I'd encourage you to double check that your Disney Resort hotel reservation is correct and that all of the Guests in your party are listed properly. The other thing that I would have encouraged you to check is that your tickets are all assigned properly, but it sounds like you've done that and they are. If you're still experiencing difficulties, I'd encourage you to call a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 and they'll be happy to assist you.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Haley, and please let us know if we can help with anything else. You'll be off experiencing those FastPass+ selections before you know it, and I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
