Hello! I’m Trying to book fast pass for day 3 at magic kingdom, but getting message that fast pass allotment has been reached even though I have booked any for that day yet. Is there an overall limit besides the 3 per day?

Happy holidays, Jeanette! Thank you for contacting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! That day when your 60 day FastPass+ booking window opens up is always an exciting one! I pull up my planning spreadsheet on my computer and wait until the clock counts down to 7:00 AM EST. The last thing you want to see, however, is an error message. Believe me, it happens to all of us from time to time, so I understand your frustration.

Without being able to actually see your My Disney Experience account, it's hard for me to diagnose exactly what's going on. If you have a reservation that includes a stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you should be able to make FastPass+ selections up to 60 days before you check-in for the entire length of your stay (up to 14 days maximum), as long as you have valid theme park admission linked to your account. Perhaps it could be the type of theme park ticket you have purchased? For example, the 4-Park Magic Ticket includes one admission to each theme park only once. Take a look at the fine print on your confirmation email to see if there are any corresponding details that may offer you clues.

Annual Passholders have similar benefits as onsite guests when staying at a Walt Disney World resort. The primary difference is that Passholders can make seven days of FastPass+ selections within a 30 day period (and more if the length of their onsite stay is greater). However, multiple trips within a short period can sometimes confuse My Disney Experience and result in unpredictable FastPass+ booking behavior.

If neither of these cases applies to your situation, Jeanette, it's probably best to contact the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-5277 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST. I have my fingers and toes crossed that you get some pixie dust and that your situation is resolved quickly!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
