Typically, if your Resort Hotel room search is showing "unavailable," this means that there is no availability for those dates at that particular Resort Hotel. The system that Guests search works out of live inventory, so you should see exactly what is currently available. In this case, I suggest searching for alternate dates or searching your desired travel dates often. Guests' plans change all the time, so you never know what may become available.
While I don't know your exact travel dates, I did just find availability at the Grand Californian for some dates in November and December. So, I recommend clearing your internet browser's cache and trying again. This always seems to help the websites I visit run better and faster. If you don't know how to clear your cache, a quick internet search should be able to walk you through it!
