I'm trying to book a cruise to Bermuda using our points but there are no numbers listed or website listed to book online. Can you provide something?

    Hi James!

Welcome aboard, Disney Vacation Club member! I think that you are making a great decision using Disney Vacation Club points for an adventure at sea with Captain Mickey! Especially for one that would be a Halloween on the High Seas sailing. These amazing itineraries are SPELLbinding in decorations and SPOOKtacular in activities and entertainment. Nope, it’s not a TRICK, just a pure TREAT!

The points tables listed on the Disney Vacation Club website will tell you precisely how many points are necessary for redemption for a Disney cruise, including various itineraries separated out by destination for 2021 and 2022. Note that the points listed are per person and based on double occupancy.

Here’s the link for the points chart containing Bermuda itineraries for 2021. However, Captain Mickey had to cancel cruises on the Disney Magic departing through New York through October 9th, which included three Bermuda itineraries originally slated for September 29th, October 4th and October 9th. So you will not be able to book one of these voyages. FYI: there are still Bermuda sailings listed on the Disney Cruise Line website for 2021: October 14-19, October 19-24, and October 30-November 4 (this last one ends in San Juan).

There are a lot of technicalities governing use of Disney Vacation Club points. For instance, Disney Cruise Line reservations must be made prior to the last 4 months of your Use Year for sailings during that Use Year. Additionally, all reservations are subject to availability, and Disney Cruise Line itineraries are still subject to cancellation or modification. Important Cancellation/Modification rules can be located under the tab entitled “Plan a Vacation” on the Disney Vacation Club website...or just click here.

The best way to redeem these points for a Disney cruise is to contact Disney Vacation Club Member Services to determine your options as the policies for expiring Reservation and Vacation Points have changed. Your points situation is unique, and they have the ability to check your account and tell you all your options.

James, please don’t have any reservations about coming back to planDisney if you have more questions. We are so happy to help you spend those points and plan your adventure at sea. Wishing you the best of luck securing that MAGICal sailing to Bermuda.

    SEA ya real soon!
