Hi, I’m trying to book a campsite for April 2027. When will reservations open? Also, how can we reserve a golf cart? We’re coming from northern Québec, so we need to plan quite far in advance. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi Chloé!

Welcome to planDisney!  I'm so glad you stopped by to see us as you start planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort next year.  Springtime is one of my favorite times of the year to visit - especially with the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in full bloom!

Chloé, The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort offer the perfect place for Guests looking to experience the magic of Walt Disney World AND the natural beauty of the world around them.  Reservations are not open for 2027 yet, but I'm hoping we'll hear something soon!  Last year, Guests were able to start booking room and package reservations for 2026 in late April.  I'd recommend keeping a close eye on the Disney Parks Instagram page or other official social media channels for a future announcement.

Once you have secured your campsite reservation, you can call to reserve a golf cart for your stay, as these can be booked up to one year in advance.  Fort Wilderness is a large resort with a lot to do and explore, so I think you'll enjoy having a golf cart to make checking it out that much easier!

When it comes time to make those advanced dining reservations (60 days before your check-in date), I'd suggest checking out the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue.  This dinner show is always a rootin', tootin' good time and includes a family-style dinner of southern favorites along with performances from the Pioneer Hall Players that the whole family will enjoy.  I also really like Story Book Dining at Artist Point, located nearby at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  Not only can you meet some favorite characters from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, but the food is absolutely delicious.  My server recommended the Magic Mirror's Slow-braised Pork Shank, and it was one of the best dishes I've tried so far at Walt Disney World!

I hope this information has been helpful, Chloé, and I'm sending lots of pixie dust as you continue planning your trip for next spring.  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney - we're all ears!

    Cheers!
    Kristi
