Hello Eduardo,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
I'm happy to hear you are making plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. I can imagine you're looking forward to experiencing all the magic that awaits you.
I think you might be asking about where a Guest can provide
proof of their Florida residential address.
When a Florida Resident is looking to purchase a Florida Resident ticket, there is an opportunity during the check out process to verify their Florida residential address online.
After a Florida Resident selects
Florida Resident Tickets and adds them to the cart and clicks the "Check Out" button, an online form pops up to display an option for residential address verification. The screen should display a message like "Florida Residents Can Skip the Will Call Line." The verification service, offered through ID.me, prompts the Guest to enter their Florida Resident information, including name, birthday, and complete residential address.
If a Florida Resident doesn't use the verification process online, they can still present proof of Florida residency at the theme parks.
Eduardo, I hope this information is helpful as you make your plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. If you need additional help, you can contact the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance. You can also chat with a Cast Member
