    I'm trying to add my son's Stitch slap bracelet but it doesn't show up on the magicband list. I popped out the puck and entered the number on the back. It was accepted but the band still did not show up on my list. Please help.

    It sounds like our friend Stitch is getting a bit mischievous again. 
    From your note, it sounds like you took the right steps to link the MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account.  

    I'm wondering if you are seeing the issue both in the website version of  My Disney Experience and in the My Disney Experience mobile app

    In your case, I think the best next step is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk. You can call them at (407) 939-4357. You can also connect with them using the online chat feature. The Cast Members on the Internet Help Desk team can look into the issue with you and make suggestions to help you get it all working as expected.
