I just attempted to purchase five
admission tickets for your preferred day with Lightning Lane Multi Pass included as an add-on. It successfully added five tickets with this selection to my cart. Have you already purchased your tickets without the add-on? If you're attempting to add
Lightning Lane Multi Pass ahead of your visit, you should currently be able to do that in the
Disneyland mobile app with most ticket types. I'm happy to walk you through that.
Tap the three-line hamburger icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app and select "My Tickets & Passes." Next, tap "Change Ticket" under the barcode. Select the tickets you want to upgrade on the next screen. To add Lightning Lane Multi Pass, scroll to the "Add-Ons" section and select "Change Add-ons." Do all your tickets currently have park reservations assigned to them? If you don't currently have a theme park reservation, this add-on won't be available, so make sure your park reservations are in place before trying to make the change.
You also have the option of adding this great add-on, which allows Guests to spend less time in queues and more time enjoying the magic of the parks after you've scanned into the parks for the day. A Cast Member can assist if you're experiencing difficulty. The add-on is always subject to availability, and prices are subject to change.
Another change you can make to many ticket types is to add
Park Hopper to your ticket. Subject to availability, this great option allows Guests to experience both parks in one day for an additional price. The price you see today may be different from the price on the day of your visit. As a family that often visits for just a couple of days, we appreciate the flexibility of Park Hopper.
