I'm sorry you're having technical problems. Let's see if we can't get to the bottom of them.
Have you downloaded the
Disneyland mobile app? Let's try to add payment there first. Log into the app with your Disneyland Resort credentials. On the bottom right-hand side of the app, you should see a three-bar menu. Click to bring up a series of tiles. Scroll down below the tiles to find the "My Profile" link. Click and select "Payment Method." You should see any credit cards you already have on file and have the option to add a new one. Be sure your expiration date is correct with month first and year second and your billing zip code and security code are correct too. If you are having trouble, sign out of the app, sign back in, and see if that resolves the problem.
On the Disneyland Resort website, you can also attempt to add payment. In the upper left-hand side of the website, hover over "
My Disneyland" and select "Profile." Once again, select "Payment Method" to add a payment method. If you experience problems, check the credit card date, your billing zip code, and the security code, then log out, clear the web browser cache, and try again. Hopefully, that is all you need to do.
