    I'm travelling to WDW with my 26 year old daughter May 6 thru 12. I am struggling with which hotel to stay at. Want something without a huge walk to shuttle. Something more or less central. Leaning toward Pop Century with a preferred room.

    Hi Suzanne!

    I think that is a great idea.  Pop Century is my favorite Disney Value Resort.  I like the fact that it has just one bus stop at the resort and it doesn't share buses with any other resorts.  A preferred room is definitely the way to go if you don't want a long walk to the bus stop or to the food court!

    If you want to move up to a Disney Moderate Resort, I would recommend staying at Port Orleans French Quarter.  It is the smallest of the Disney Moderate Resorts and you won't have far to go to get to a bus, though French Quarter does share buses with Port Orleans Riverside.
