Salutations, Shaun.
Welcome to planDisney! Before you know it, you’ll be standing right in the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. with a churro in hand and Cinderella Castle in your view. I bet you can’t wait!
As a planner myself, I understand wanting to have all the details of your magical holiday hammered out ahead of time. Unfortunately, the pre-arrival registration option for
Disability Access Service (DAS) is only available to Guests based in the United States at this time. Hopefully, this option will be extended to Guests of other countries in the future, but let’s talk about how you can get set up for DAS in the interim. When you arrive at your first theme park of the trip, head straight to
Guest Relations. A friendly Cast Member there will be able to complete the registration process for you and set up your initial selections should you meet the qualifications for DAS.
If you have any issues with DAS during your park days, keep an eye out for the
Guest Experience Team locations throughout the parks (they are marked with blue umbrellas). The Cast Members there have an extra dose of pixie dust up their sleeves and can assist with any of your DAS needs.
Shaun, I hope your
Walt Disney World Resort holiday is practically perfect in every way. Please stop by planDisney again if we can be of further assistance.
You are the magic,
Alyssa
