    I'm travelling from Canada what kind of clothing should I bring?

    Ahoy Jasmattie –
    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I see that based on your cruise dates that you will be sailing to the Bahamas and Castaway Cay in September. This is one of my favorite times to sail because the kids have gone back to school and the weather will be fabulous! The average temperature in the Bahamas will be about 78 degrees which is perfect for shorts, sundresses, skirts and capris. Given that the ship will have air conditioning inside, I do recommend that you layer your outfits with light sweaters and consider an umbrella or a raincoat in case of showers. Disney Cruise Line has some great packing guides that may help as well.  Don’t forget that your cruise will have an Optional Dress Up and Pirate Night so bring some gear if you would like to participate. If you plan to dine at Palo or Remy, then you will need some dressy wear and shoes too. We wish you happy planning and thanks for visiting with us here!
