I'm travelling from Canada and arriving at Orlando Airport. How does my luggage make it to my room? I'm told they pick it up at the airport, but I'm not clear how this happens.

    Hi Tracey,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As my fellow panelist Lynne (who is from Canada) stated in her answer to a similar question, Guests traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort from Canada can use Disney's Magical Express in the same way as Guests traveling from within the United States can. If you make your Disney's Magical Express reservation more than a month in advance, then you will get an envelope in the mail that includes a Disney's Magical Express voucher booklet and yellow Magical Express luggage tags. You will need to put a yellow tag on each piece of luggage that you want Disney's Magical Express to retrieve from the baggage carousel and take to your Resort Hotel. To make a reservation please call (407)939-1936.

Once you arrive at the airport you need only to head to Disney's Magical Express check-in, your bags will be retrieved and sent to your Resort Hotel. Please allow up to 3 hours for your luggage to arrive to your room. I suggest packing a few things in your carry-on should you need to change or freshen up just in case your bags do not arrive right away.

I hope this information helps. Please visit us again should you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
