    Hi. I'm travelling from Australia with my family to spend Christmas and new years at Disneyword. Am I able to buy things at the online Disney story and have them in our room when we arrive?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent question!

    As an international Guest myself visiting all the way from Brazil, I also enjoy purchasing items from ShopDisney.com and having them delivered to my Disney Resort hotel. I think this is the best way to get ahead on my shopping and save precious time that can be spent having fun with family at the theme parks.

    You are welcome to do so yourself! When you shop online, you should put the word GUEST right before your name, as well as your arrival date. I always add my confirmation number if there is room for it. Delivered items will be available for pick-up at your Disney Resort hotel Front Desk. Please note that a $5.00 fee will be charged for each package delivered to you.
