In my experience, details related to age limits or required safety equipment will be indicated in the "Know Before You Go" section of your specific Port Adventure. If you don't see information about infant car seats it may be that operators can provide them or they are not required in commercial conveyances in the Port Adventure's area of operation.If you would feel comfortable having a car seat available, you are welcome to take one on the ship with you. I love how the stateroom beds have a lot of space under them for luggage and other such items. I recommend speaking with a Cast Member at the Port Adventures desk onboard your Disney Cruise Line ship to learn the latest details and requirements for your specific booking.Having a baby onboard your Disney cruise will be a special experience. The variety of amenities and accommodations available for baby care help make it very comfortable and enjoyable. Though your 1-year-old may or may not directly remember everything you experience together, the photos that record the trip and your own recollections will be a formative component of what is sure to be a lifelong tradition of Disney travel.My family and I enjoyed a lovely 7-Night Western Caribbean Cruise from Port Canaveral, Florida just last year.
