Phyllis from NJ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I'm traveling with my 83 year old mother. We are visiting with my niece who's an Annual Passholder. We would all like to go to Hollywood Studios together on Thursday 3/18 but currently only my niece is able to get a reservation there.

    Bright Suns, Phyllis!

A visit to Disney's Hollywood Studios means a visit to Black Spire Outpost! You all will need Disney Park Pass system reservations to enter. Keep checking the theme park availability calendar to see if additional availability appears. If you have Park Hopper® Tickets, you may be able to enter Disney's Hollywood Studios later in the day. As of now, Guests who are park hopping can enter at 2:00 p.m. provided they made a Disney Park Pass system reservation at one park, visit that first park earlier in the day, and there is availability at the second park.

Please note that advanced dining reservations or reservations for other experiences at Disney's Hollywood Studios will not guarantee you admission to that park if you are park hopping. Make sure that you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can receive notifications. If a park is unavailable for park hopping, you should receive a push notification via the mobile app. At this time, Guests who are park hopping, cannot join the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

Given how close it is to the time of your trip, I suggest that you check the park availability calendar every day. In addition to checking the theme park availability calendar, try to actually make the park pass reservations just to see if the system will allow you. I just checked to be sure and it gave me a message that there were no park pass reservations remaining for that day at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

If you do not have a park pass reservation for that day, make one immediately. It looks like EPCOT still has some availability. And, that is actually a lovely park to visit with your mom. Maybe your niece could join you at EPCOT later in the day. If you all cannot join each other at a theme park, remember that Disney Springs is an option. Perhaps you could make an early dinner reservation there and enjoy some time together. As you continue to plan, check operational updates since policies and procedures could change.

Phyllis, may the Force be with you as you plan - hoping that some availability opens up for your mom and you!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
