Hi, I'm traveling with my 1 year old girl and wanted to know which attractions can we ride with her, principally in magic kingdom. thank in advance

    Hi Valeria,

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how many attractions you can ride with your little one.  However, depending on your child, there may be some attractions that she may be frightened to ride, so I can't give you a definitive answer on this one, but I can share my experience.

    • Attractions that you will probably all enjoy: WDW Railroad, Jungle Cruise, Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Country Bear Jamboree, Cinderella's Carousel, Dumbo, it's a small world, Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan's Flight, Donald's Boat, Mickey and Minnie's house, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Carousel of Progress, Tomorrowland Transit Authority.
    • Attractions that you can go on but that may be scary: Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Mickey's PhilharMagic (although my 3 year old LOVES this), Snow White's Scary Adventures
    • Attractions that may not hold your child's attention: Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, Hall of Presidents, The Tiki Room (also can be quite loud at times).

Click here for a list of attractions that have height requirements.  Also, click HERE to be taken to a page filled with information and tips for traveling with little ones.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
