Hi! I'm traveling to WDW in Nov &want to purchase a ticket for Jollywood Night. However, the only night that works with travel plans is the same night of my arrival to FL. If flight is canceled, can I receive a credit for future event/party? Thx

Season's Greetings, Marcella! I'm so excited to see you're planning a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of year! Disney is extra magical during the holiday season, and special events like Disney Jollywood Nights offer even more magic to celebrate this time of year!

Marcella, I've done the same thing as you for a previous visit to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party; luckily, my morning flight was on time, and we arrived with enough time to check into our Disney Resort hotel before heading over to Magic Kingdom for our event! I'm hoping you'll have the same magical experience, but in the event you do not make it to your party, you do have a few options for an unused party ticket.

The great news is that your unused ticket will always retain its value, and that value can be credited to a future special event or a different party date, subject to availability. Last year, my parents had tickets to the Christmas party, but were unable to attend due to illness. They were able to call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone number and have the value of their tickets applied to an After Hours Event at Disney's Hollywood Studios later that year.

One quick tip I'll offer is that their party tickets did disappear from their My Disney Experience account, but when they called, the Cast Members were still able to see them and apply their value to a different event. Keep this in mind in case your unused tickets happen to disappear from your account!

Marcella, I sure hope you'll make it to Jollywood Nights! While this is still on my Disney bucket list, several of my panelist pals attended this event last year and had the best time celebrating Hollywood style while enjoying short wait times on attractions, specialty food and beverage offerings, and some really unique character sightings and dance parties! And don't forget about all the seasonal entertainment, including one of my all-time favorite nighttime shows, Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM, exclusively available for viewing during Jollywood Nights! And you can capture all the party memories with Memory Maker, which is included with your party ticket!

I hope this helps, Marcella! Get ready for a night of glitz and glamour, and if you have any other questions as you count down the final days until your vacation, come see us again here at planDisney!
