    I'm traveling to WDW in late Jan. with hubby and kids (8,6 &2) for 6 days. We don't know whether to stay at the Polynesian so we access the monorail to MK and have the baby nap there in the afternoons or save money & stay in a moderate hotel farthe

    Hi Naina!!!

    I stayed at Disney's Polynesian Resort this summer and have to say that I loved the convenience of the Monorail that the Polynesian offers!!  I would highly recommend it for your family in January, especially if you are considering spending a lot of time at the Magic Kingdom or Epcot.  

    The fact that you have five in your party would also lend you to stay at a Deluxe Resort to make sure everyone is accommodated.  I definitely believe you will find the rooms at the Polynesian to be much more roomy than a Value or Moderate Resort Room.
