Hi, Alicia!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you so much for sending us your question regarding club-level rooms available at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
I had the opportunity to enjoy a club-level stay at "The Grand" while vacationing last August and it was, as expected, completely magical.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa offers two categories of club-level rooms. The first category is the Royal Palm Club and is listed as "Club-Level Main Building" and is also a bit pricier. The second is listed as "Club-Level Outer Building" and Is located in Sugar Loaf; all "outer building" club-level rooms are located here.
The Sugar Loaf building offers it's own 4-story lobby atrium and lounge. In addition, there are two staffed Concierge Desks with Cast Members available to assist you from 7am-10pm each day. It was such a treat to be greeted by the staff each time we exited or entered the building. I also loved that we were only steps away from the Courtyard Pool and not far from the main building.
A few other tips: if your room overlooks the atrium, you may hear the staff preparing the coffee service in the mornings as the sound carries up through the atrium. I decided to view it as my wake-up call. Also, remember to have your MagicBand with you when you leave. Sugar Loaf guests must scan their MagicBand at the touch point near the doors to activate them to open.
I hope you find this helpful, Alicia! Please let me know if you should have any additional questions regarding your stay. I am here to help you plan a magical club-level stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
