I'm traveling to WDW w/ my daughter who's turning 1 a few days before the trip. I plan on taking her to MK but also want to take her to another park.  What rides are good for her at DAK & can I take her on Kilamanjaro Safari?

    Hi Maria,

I think you'll be surprised that your one year old can go on the majority of rides at WDW.   Magic Kingdom will have the biggest selection, including some of my favorites like It's a Small World, Peter Pan's Flight, Pirates of the Caribbean, and the Haunted Mansion.

Over in Epcot be sure to check out the Seas with Nemo and Friends, Journey into Imagination with Figment, and Living with the Land.

The Kilimanjaro Safaris over in Animal Kingdom is a little bumpy, but your little one should do just fine.  As a great bonus there is a wonderful petting zoo to visit after you finish the safari.  Be sure to check out DinoLand USA before you leave Animal Kingdom also.

WDW is full of not only rides but also great shows.  You will not have any difficulty finding activities to entertain your one year old.  She will be in awe the entire time and I have found that a happy baby equals happy parents.

    Enjoy your trip.
