I'm traveling up to Orlando for the day with a bunch of my cousins who are in from out of town. I wanted to take them to Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club Resort for ice cream. Can we do that even though were not staying at the hotel?

    Hi Danielle!

The Beaches and Cream Restaurant at the Beach Club Resort is one of my all time favorite restaurants in all of Walt Disney World! Anyone can eat at Beaches and Cream, it is open to everyone so you do not have to be staying at the Beach Club Resort to eat there.  Beaches and Cream is a Table Service restaurant that does take reservations at the door. You can't make Advanced Dining Reservations online or over the phone for Beaches and Cream. You literally have to walk up to the door to put your name on the list and then wait to be seated. Beaches and Cream is very small and it is quite popular. A good tip is to be at Beaches and Cream for lunch when it opens around 11:30 am and you can be the first ones in for lunch. If you want to eat dinner there, my advice would be to eat before or after the normal dinner hours because it will be less busy and easier to get in.

Don't forget to try the No Way Jose Ice Cream Sundae or even split a Kitchen Sink (a huge ice cream sundae) for dessert after your meal!

I hope that you have a memorable meal at Beaches and Cream with your cousins!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
