Im traveling next september with my family. We want to go to art of animation hotel. We are 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant (its going to be 18 months at that time). Could we dit in a standard little Mermaid room?

    Hi Constanza,

How exciting to be planning a September visit to the Walt Disney World Resort with your family! Traveling with little ones is always an adventure, and I’m thrilled to share tips to make your stay magical.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is a fantastic choice, especially for families with kids. The Little Mermaid Standard Rooms immerse you in undersea magic, with vibrant décor inspired by Ariel’s world. You’ll feel like part of her story every time you step into your room! These rooms are designed to accommodate up to four adults, but since your youngest traveler will still be under 3, they won’t count toward the room’s maximum occupancy. You can request a complimentary pack-and-play crib for your infant, which is a convenient option for bedtime comfort.

One of the highlights of Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is its access to the Disney Skyliner. This magical gondola system whisks you away to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT with ease, offering breathtaking views along the way. It’s an especially handy transportation option for families with strollers, just roll on board and let the adventure begin!

The resort itself is packed with family-friendly amenities. Your little ones will adore The Big Blue Pool, the largest pool at Walt Disney World Resort, inspired by Finding Nemo. There are also themed playgrounds and plenty of opportunities for photos with larger-than-life characters from Disney and Pixar classics.

When you’re exploring the theme parks, be sure to take advantage of the Baby Care Centers. Each park has one, offering quiet spaces for feeding and changing, plus baby essentials available for purchase if you need them. They’re a lifesaver for families with infants!

Wishing you a trip filled with magical moments and cherished family memories.
