Hey Carol!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. As a breastfeeding mom myself, I am thrilled to answer your awesome question about the
Baby Care Centers at Walt Disney World Resort.
Carol, per Florida law, a mother may breastfeed her baby in any location, public or private, where the mother is otherwise authorized to be, irrespective of whether the nipple of the mother's breast is uncovered during or incidental to the breastfeeding. In other words, the entire Walt Disney World Resort is breastfeeding-friendly! You may nurse your little Mousketeer anywhere you feel comfortable doing so.
If nursing in “private” is your preference, the Baby Care Centers are the “practically perfect” place to do so! There are Baby Care Centers at all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. They provide designated areas for nursing, changing and feeding little ones! While there are currently no Baby Care Centers at Disney Springs, you are allowed to breastfeed anywhere you feel comfortable doing so while there. The Baby Care Centers also offer on-site shops stocked with baby essentials, extra food, OTC medications and so much more!
Disney Mom Tip: You can most certainly pack snacks for your prince-in-training.
Outside food and drinks are allowed in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks! I encourage you to
review the Walt Disney World Resort park rules in advance of your vacation.
Carol, if you have any additional questions, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are all EARS!
