I'm traveling with a large family and we plan to rent a 12-passenger van, can we park this in the standard lot?

    Hi Jodi!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad to see you hEAR. Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question our way!

Oh Boy! This sounds like the most magical family vacation indeed with room for all of the junior Mickeys, mini Minnies, and Mouseketeers! I'm very happy to say that yes, your van is welcome to park in the Toy Story Parking Lot which is located a bit southeast of the main Disneyland Resort 'bubble'. This area is safe, well illuminated, and best of all provides shuttle busses from and back to the lot. Technically this is the location where all 'Oversized Vehicles' are asked to park, which include full-size busses, vehicles with trailers, RVs, campers, etc.

I would think that your van would also be fine in the Mickey and Friends or Pixar Pals parking structure, which is on the northwest corner of the Disneyland property. I love that this location has covered parking and a massive security check on the ground level. This lot features my son's favorite ride, the parking lot tram. The maximum height for this lot is 13 feet 10 inches, so if your van fits under that range then it's welcome hEAR too. Scroll down to the bottom of this Parking link for a map of the Disneyland Resort. Click the 'Disneyland Park' dropdown and then on the first two selections for a specific map of both the Toy Story Lot and the Parking Structure.

Bonus Tip: hEARs a handy page for Guests driving to Disneyland Resort.
